Phone not working

Sir

I am having a phone no 0891- 2550403 (Vishakapatanam). Most of the time the phone does not work. When we complaint, it will be repaired but within few minutes it will be out of order.

On complaint today 27/12, it was repaired and I was asked to check. It was fine.but the minute the service man left within 5 minutes the phone was dead. I don't understand what the fault is with.

We are only paying the monthly charges for a dead phone most of the time. Thay can check up our usage. Hope the BSNL do something.
