T24 GPRS online Recharge

Normally I recharged my T24 Mobile Number 8237887326 online for Internet Pack Rs.49/-. This online recharge option is on T24 Website but this time it was credited in Talk Time instead of GPRS pack. I recharged on 19th May which was successful and on same day I called and asked to Transfer this Rs 49/- recharge in GPRS. Customer care suggested to send a mail to "[email protected]" but I have not received any reply. After that I send a mail to '[email protected]', [email protected], [email protected]; [email protected]. But I have not received any proper reply. Every time new person replies to mail. Today dated 31st May I got a mail from '[email protected]' (Mr. Sanjay) that recharge of Rs.49/- was successfully credited towards your account. When I called customer care they are saying there is no Recharge for GPRS found on my T24 number. (Transaction No. 100001548586833)

I booked two complaints for this 1. PRRG09715453 - Opened on 24th May & 2. PRRG09715828 - Opened on 25th May. out of which PRRG09715453 is closed without any intimation & on 2nd complaint number no feedback they just say we will revert.

Why there is so much delay in providing Service??? and no proper communication??? if online recharge is not available for GPRS then how it was happen last time in month of February/ March in my account???
