Future group t24 mobile

I have t24 mobile. Mobile no. is 08712732830. I did shopping at brand factory outlet two times on July 17 at bangalore and July 31 at hyderabad for which I was suppose to get Rs 125 talk time each time. For this gave complaint to customer care. Complaint nos. are FG0906003 and FG0906004 on aug 19 . But still after so many days I havent got any balance. I kept calling the helpline and ech time the responce was wait 24 hours. I talked to the supervisor at customer care Mr karthik who promised it will be done but then still it wasnt done. When I tried again to contact him he dint talk to me again and neither lifted my call.

Is this kind of fool future group is making. And what kind of customer service is provided. I asked for nodal officer email or number but I was told there is no nodal officer while the website www.t24mobile.com states they do have nodal officer.
