i worked with this company just for 3 months this year and come to know lot about this.

every thing about the company in fine the only problem comes when we take the name of a Mother fucker CEO of the company name Mr Ujwal Arora.

well let me tell you more about this guy this guy is very short in height, always sounds drunk, having a face like dog shit laying on road.but he got an attitude same as president of america.

this guy hire people on a small salary promised to be worked for 5days and promotion as soon as possible but what happen exactly i tell you,

Agents working 7 days like hell if some how they are not able to reach targets salary will be on prodata bassis like quater as decided.

this bloody son of the bitch got a very good money saving policy.

the ass hole mr Ujval arora allow a agent to work for a hole month and when the first week of salary comes he send non performer on a week off from his side which is delay in salary and a loss of seven days.

this mother fucker dont know that if he dont feed his agent very well then he will never stand in his buissness ever.

i worked thier as a veryfire cum team coach but my pat of job was like a hell i used to take call 15 hours and in the end of the day this mother fucker comes and shout on me for quality...

some body told this mother fucker that if you want a quality in call then you need to make quality in buissness as well.

so i request all of those agents who are working her or going to join this bolldy organisation of mother fucker Mr Ujval Arora

not to do so either you ruin your carrier and you will destroy you future in this future on Bpo...
