Dear Sir,

Sub :- Complaint against your services.

We are extremely sorry to inform that to late the telephone services at our office are very irregular. Our two nos. 220431 & 222046 were out of order since Sunday 26th & after continuous complains over phone, the lines were restored on 29/09 at around 11:30 a.m. Again today morning, we find that our two telephone nos. 220431 & 220463 are not working & we have complained under complain no. 47 & 48.

Please inform us if the lines are not working regularly & everyday we have to complain for the lines not working, our regular activity suffers. Please advice to enable us to take some decision immediately.

We are notting proper service from our local service provider.
