I have BSNL connection 02025294289. I have taken caller ID connection but the same has NOT been activated as yet. I went to the exchange and requested them twice to activate the same. I called up the call centre but they said I have to visit the exchange. They even refused to take my complaint. ON being asked the No of GM Complaints he disconnected my call. I wonder if this state remins how long will the BSNL survive.
