Irresponsible behaviour of Customer Care

I am a customer of Airtel prepaid. My address is NTPC Kahalgaon, Bhagalpur. I am using airtel since October'07 in Bihar. Sometimes back i was facing GPRS problem. I tried the GPRS helpdesk of customer care but nobody picked the phone and i was told to send my problem on 121 via message, that too in only 150 letters. Rather than entertaining my problem seriously they kept sending me the GPRS settings. And one day luckily a person on customer care picked the phone. But rather than solving the problem he told me to check the settings and then too many rubbish ideas. That problem was for one week and it automatically got over. But now i am facing outgoing problem from my mobile. The message comes 'all the lines are busy'. Again i tried to contact airtel but the same thing. Then i send the message on 121. The reply came this problem will be over in 6 hours. But since 19th april'08 it's not.
