Non-inspection of land for erection of Mobile Tower after getting inspection charges

Dear Sir,

Myself, Nabakumar Koley, is a small shop owner at Seoraphully, District Hooghly of West Bengal and continuously struggling for procurement of Bread and Butter for my family.

I had seen an advertisement Published in the News Paper that M/s. Airwell Communication is interested to procure Land for Mobile Tower Installation at different states in India.

Immediately after, I had contacted with them over phone and I had been informed that for getting approval from their end I have to send the Site Plan and other relevant documents. Accordingly, I had sent Xerox copy of the Site Plan and other relevant documents to the said Company.

After 20 days I have received an approval form no. 1955 dt, 28.8.2009 from them wherein it has been written that Rs. 6, 700/- will be deposited immediately by Demand Draft favouring AIRWELL COMMUNICATION, towards inspection charges. I had communicated with them immediately and came to know that inspection will be made within 45 days on receipt of Inspection fee.

I have prepared a Demand Draft bearing no. 353087 dt. 4.9.2009 amounting to Rs. 6, 700/- favouring AIRWELL COMMUNICATION,

payable at State Bank of India, Service Branch, New Delhi and sent the same through Professional Couriers vide docket no. 60631 dt. 4.9.2009 to Airwell communication, 1st floor, Pyarelal Complex, M.G. Road, Sukhrali, Gurgaon - 122001 (Haryana).

After sending the Draft, I had communicated with them over phone and came to know that Demand Draft has been received by them and assured me to visit to my place immediately within 45 days after prior intimation.

I have contacted several times with a request to visit to my place for inspection of site. All the times, I have been assured that Inspector will be visiting on priority basis.

Sorry to inform you that neither their inspector visited to my place nor they receive my phone calls (All the phone connections are switched off).

Under the above circumstances, please please give me a solution for getting my money returned.
