BROADBAND CONNECTION

We have taken a MTNL broadband connection with our company tel. no. 27691170. We are facing the problem of continuous disturban, disconnectivity, and line hanging problem with this broadband service. Till date we have made too many complains regarding the same but no action has been taken from them. They asked us to replace our modem with MTNL modem, we did the same but still complain is remained as it is. We do not have any other service provider in this area and that is why this people are dictating us. So please forward our complain regarding the above issue and do the needful to clear the same.
