PF/TDS/Salary Dues

The below mail is from company called Geneva Software Technologies Limited. It says it will clear all dues to employees within 15th June but still now there is no response from company. I resigned the company on November. Still they have not settled my PF/TDS/Salary. This issue is not only with my case its for all GSTL Employees who have resigned. Any suggestions are welcome

Dear GSTL Employee,

Greetings from Geneva Software!

This has reference to your final settlement of PF / TDS / Salary Final Settlements

We wish to inform you that the pending dues will be settled in the following order

1. PF – Will be paid by 15th June

2. TDS – Will be paid by 30th June

3. Pending Salary – Will be paid by 30th June

Your continuing support and faith shown in the management shall help us to

settle the claims as per schedule with out any further delay
