Collection of Rs 350/- by giving wrong information

My sister (Ms Preetam Vaidya) has given cheque of Rs 350/- to Mr Sanket Rege who is a sales representative of M/s Global Direct (C.D. House, Gr. Floor, Unit # 1 & 2, 126, Mathuradas Compound, N M Joshi Marg, Lower Parel, Mumbai - 400 013 . Tel # 4074 1234 / 6654 1900) towards purchase of additional Vodafone card which Sanket stated that to avail other facilities its compulsory to buy. but afterwards when My sister went to vodafone gallery she came to know that the same is not compulsory hence she contacted Sanket on his mobile wherein he stated to give such 350/- back. but this incidence took place around 3 weeks back still he is not returning the money & giving false reasons. He had also given his boss's mobile number which the person (Mr Niranjan Pai - 9819337337 / 9769079898) never picks up. their office landlines are also not give proper response.

Please look into the matter & get our money back with penalty to the company.
