We had already of about 9 CUG connections holding your services from feb. Due to unsatisfactory services we had surrendered 5 connections till now. We are facing lot of disputes in the bill for the past 6 to 7 months, that is billing is done for someone number who is not anyway related to us, their billing amount is also included in our bill. For our Office change of address we had informed and there for all, where letter is being submitted to your executives ion Alwarpet, Chennai and also in Santhome branch, Chennai. We are issing the letters from January. Till now no rectification had been done, and even yet, we are receiving the bill in the old address itself and last two month the bill had been missed and after lot of enquiry and struggle only we've received the duplicate bill after one month from the date of payment. If is it so, how can we able to continue the services or think of to get more connections. All letters had been received by Mr. H.Abdul and Ms. Savitha and also spoken to your higher executives named MR.Veera Bahu and also Mr. Balaji. Kindly let us know whether this problem can be rectified immediately if not pls inform us, we will disconnect your services. We hope atleast this time the problem will be sorted immediately with effect after seeing this mail. Hopes for your reply
