Fraud in wap service

Im using airtel prepaid ie 9663913090 even i havent browsed any VAS links in airtel wap site.while browsing free wap sites i got SMS Frm 64611020 stating as thnx for downloading java games..you have charged Rs 20/- (INR)... its seems tht airtel is in such kind of wap service plz take up ths issue
