My broadband line is not working since last 23.11.2010 and I have so many complaints over telephone as well as personally to different authorities to Benajhaber Telephone exchange Kanpur the complaints have not been attended and rectified the them. You are requested to please look into the matter and issue instruction to the authorities to attend and rectified the complaints otherwise I have no other option to surrender the broadband line. You are also requested to please issue intruction not sent the telephone bill for period from 23.11.2010 to date of complaint rectied. Thanking you,
