BAD VODAFONE SUPPORT!!!

Hello Guys,
I have been a customer of Vodafone for around three years in cochin and I am fed up with their idiotic service. And there customer care is so pathetic, every time I call them, they say they have limited info or some updation is going on call after 24 hours??? so we have to 24 more hours
I have activated an offer in my mobile which would cost 1 rupees for 100 sms per day and the support told me that it is valid for 6 months. I have activated this on 28th October and now I have been charged for each of the sms. I have contacted the support and got back the same words..UPDATION IS GOING ON..CALL AFTER 24 HOURS..[ his tone was very rude actually :(]. I just asked him to connect to any of his senior executives, he put me into the queue and the call hung up after a few seconds. Guys, I have to say that this is not my first experience, each time when I asked them to connect to their seniors, this would happen. I wasn't in such a state to wait for 24 hours..so I called them up again on 111. The second guy told me that my offer had been expired, when I asked him the details its clear for them that I am still under the offer period. He had raised a complaint and I got an acknowledgment that they would contact me back on 4 Jan 6 PM. I am writing this on 4 Jan 10.45 PM, I haven't get any words from them except my request is processing. So still the issue is not fixed and I use another mobile connection to send messages now. I have send an email at vodafonecare.ker@vodafone.com, but i didn't get any update yet.
Pissed off due to poor support!!!
