They stop service before inform me, I am loosing my job

My name Bhupendra kumar dadsena i had taken vodafone connection from IBM location 3 months before that time i done my all formalities i paid my bill continue 2 months after that i changed my residential address so i inform the vodafone customer care and they ask me to send mail with my new address which i already sent to that vodafone customer care After that also they disconnect my connection without inform me, no single massage from them. I am working in IBM India private limited and that day i was on ON call support for IBM support team, Today my manager is asking for resignation, they are telling why u r mobile was switch off yesterday so who will responsible for this thing. Till now my mobile is switch off, its showing your Sim card registration failed.

and they are not ready to listen anything . please do needful for me.
