Disconnecting the service

Hi,

i am a vodafone customer and my no. is 9819477420.

Vodafone official visited our office and offered vodafone corporate plan. i accepted the plan and requested for a change.

after the change of plan the company suddenly disconnected my service saying your address derails need to be submitted again and till the time you don't submit the same we will not start the service.

i have been using this no. since vodafone was maxtouch and this is the treat been met to me.

no body bothered to tell me in advance that my service will be disconnected. over and above this their call centre people don't talk to you properly, as if we are being given the service free of cost.

This is highly irresponsible on the part of vodafone.

I am now planning to change the service provider.
