ALL AIRTEL USERS,

MY SELF MR. SAIYED QAISER WAS A USER OF AIRTEL POSTPAID CONNECTION, HAD REQUESTED TO TRANSFER MY POSTPAID CONNECTION INTO PRE-PAID IN AIRTEL GALLERY WHICH IS LOCATED IN GHATKOPER EAST, AS MY PAYMENT WAS ALSO DUE. I SINCERE REQUESTED THEM TO TAKE MY PAYMENT AND TRANSFER MY POSTPAID CARD INTO PREPAID IN JUNE BUT THEY HAD GIVEN AN EXCUSE OF SYSTEM IS IN UPGRADATION AND TOLD ME COME IN THE MONTH END. I WENT IN THE END OF THE MONTH FOR SAME PURPOSE BUT THEY HAD GIVEN ME THE SAME EXCUSE, SAME I HAD REPEATED UPTO AUGUST AND FINALY THEY SAID MY NUMBER IS EXPIRED AND THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO TRANSFER THE CARD INTO PREPAID. FINALLY I FELT HELPLESS MADE THE PAYMENT OF RS. 2102 /- I WANT MY LUCKY NUMBER BACK. WAITING FOR POSITIVE REPLY FROM AIRTEL. U CAN CONTACT ME ON 9769206106
