Hi,

I applied for a airtel BB connection and the executive came to my house to check the feasability. He confirmed that yes the connection is available and asked me to fillout the application and pay the 500 Rs. I confirmed many number of times with the executive whether they can give me the connection, he confirmed it again and again, so I asked him whether I can surrender my existing BB connection, he said yes and I did so. I filled the application and gave him 500 Rs. After 4 days they are coming back to me saying that there is some technical issue and cannot provide the connection. Now I have lost my existing connection as well. Now I have no internet connection at home, I work from home and I am under loss of pay for past three days. Airtel should take responsibility and give me a resolution. Please can somebody help me.
