Service activats automatically

Dear sir,

Unknown services has been activated on my cell for long. I had to cancel it manually all the time. Amount is being deducted every time even without any warning etc. Sometime i need amount in cell and checked it in minus.

And their customer care service is very poor. I am fed up of these kind of service.

Because of amount in minus i am not able to even call customer care. And in office not possible to get it charge.

Do the needful at your earliest.
