Charges Without any information

This is for your kind information that i am using Airtel prepaid mobile at (bihar and Jharkhand location) my no. is 08292184111. I have been charged Rs. 50 dated 10th july & 17th july @ Rs. 25 per week respectively. I got an sms on both date by subject AT-AIRINF for the above charges. i am unable to find out the reason for the above charges & also tried a lot to communicate with customer care (no. 198 & 121) but not find any way to communicate customer care executive. Request you to please look into the matter. Kindly reverse my all charges and stop charging this for future. Looking for your kind support.
