How Airtel is ditching their customers!

I received a SMS message on my Mobile No” 981******” on 15 April from AIRTEL that if I recharge my mobile for Rs. 350 before 16 April then I will get Rs. 200 talk time and 3 months extra validity within 96 Hrs.

Now the mobile company is refusing to give me this offer, even they refuses for any such message delivered to my mobile number. Customer Care - even after my three complaints they have same answer, "the offer was not for you", someone says "It was a mistake".

I have all the proof SMS Message with my ICICI Account Statement showing Fund Transfer Detail.
