BSNL/LANDLINE
LANDLINE INSTALLED AND IMMEDIATELY DEAD AND NO SERVICE

The landline No. 0120-2605596 was installed at my place and the phone was dead within an hour... Inspite of repeated complaints, no service personnel turned up. However, after lying dead for almost a month, on last Saturday, i.e. 21st August, Telephone worked for around half an hour more and fell dead once again. I went and booked a complaint again, but in vain. I think the BSNL should remove its exchange from Indirapuram and stop luring the innocent landline seekers and make way for other telecommunication service providers. There is no point in keeping such exchange.
