Airtel Prepaid Service
Prepaid service not activated

Yesterday, 20-May, 11.30 AM, i bought a new Airtel prepaid sim card with rs.399 voucher from a Authorized Airtel Dealer at Gokhalae Road, Thana (W). My mobile no is 9867515971. At the time of purchasing he told me that since their server was slow, my connection get activated in next 2hrs. Till evening it wasn't get activated so i rushed to that dealer and asked about the problem. He replied me that he has already send my activation request to the Airtel but since server is slow he can't do anything. so he called Airtel executive and I'd chat with the person. that person told me that my account will be activated on Monday, next day till 12.00 noon. The reason was same... "Server is slow... we can't do anything.."

Now the time is 01.00pm: 21-may till my account is not activated. Very poor service!
