GPRS SERVICE NOT WORKING

HAPPY NOT TO HELP. I think this is correct quote for me. I am from Hyderabad and my Vodafone mobile no. is 9160853135. I am facing specific problem that GPRS data is not transmitting through tower near to my home but I am able to use GPRS data services in all Hyderabad since 04 July. I made several complains to cc but they have not taken any pain to rectify this problem, but one thing I have noticed that now i am not able to make any call to 111 or 198 to contact them at least they have done something. My data pack also finished today without using it since 04 July. After contacting vodafonecare.ap@vodafone.com still my problem is unattended, unresolved and unsolved. I request you to please now rectify this problem if it is possible as already 14 days have passed.
