Please take reference of our following DND Regn. details and our recent telephonic calls and email message on 10.12.2009.

AirTel Mobile No.: 9829013583 (International Roming enabled)

Name: Mr. Rajeev Surana

DND Registration on NDNC Deptt. Ref.: F1001187772 dated 27.8.2007 effective on 09-24 17:51:51.0

We regret to say that inspite of our various requests through telephone and email to you for restraining unsolicited calls on above mobile number we are yet receiving the same. Even after registering with NDNC Registry Department on 27.8.2007 there in no change in the situation. Today on 19.12.2009 at 10:19 AM I have again received call from an unknown AirTel No. 9001001070 which is very strange that even after registering at DND call registry, AirTel himself has not been able to control these types of calls/ SMS.

Hence we reluctantly alert you to immediately take steps to stop these harassing messages / calls otherwise we would have no option but to initiate legal action through Consumer Forum.

Hope you will not let the situation come to such a sorry pass and do the needful immediately and confirm.
