Cheating - Forgergery

An New Airtel Connection was needed and Greentel (Tirupur) approached me with the regards to the connection.

A cheque for Activation Transportation of the Representatives was issued on behalf of Greentel for a sum of INR 400.

The number promised by the dealer was not available under some pretext. So, i did not need the connection with a different number.

I had personally intimated the dealer bearing Contact Number 9894013445, not to present the cheque. He did say he was the authorized dealer and the owner of Greentel. So, i believed in it.

About a month later, the same cheque was not sent back to me instead, posted for collection and remitted from my acccount on 21st of Jan.

I consider this a Cheating / Forgery / Breach of trust by Airtel and their representatives Greentel.

I BRING TO NOTICE OF EVERYBODY WHO READS THIS CONSUMER COMPLAINT, NOT UNDERGO THE SAME CHEATING BY THESE COMPANIES GREENTEL AND AIRTEL (Which has authorized it as a representative)
