Airtel Prepaid Services
Charges double amount

I have prepaid sim, and i made e recharge for the rs 95 to make price down on 30 july at 8.37 pm.. That means all the call charges will be automatically half.. But when i made call today on 29th aug at 2.40 pm they charges double amount, i m shocked and surprised, and i tried to call customer care, but cant get the line to connect them...

I dont know who is taking care of all this, but i m sure somebody will take care for this problem...
