Deactivation of sms pack

Hello sir,

I got my no. recharged by Rs.38 on 28th dec 09 and after that I was being charged 50p per sms as i have already activated 1p sms pack. On calling customer care executive i got a poor response as they were not able to help me out and just said that dey cant find any sms send by my no. Even on saying that i have been continuously sending msgs I was been charged 50p per sms one of your executive assured me that my extra money which was deducted will be paid back as there is some system error but till now nothing has been done.

I am really getting irrtated by the poor servire of your network. So I request you to see my complain seriously and take major steps. I look forward to hear from you.
