NON ACTIVITATION

I had taken mobile connection few monthback from my known dealer at Himmatnagar, Necesary form with xerox copy of driving lience was submited and mobile connection was made active, it has work for few days, same was put on bar saying residence was not found. I had gone to their Shivranjni R world office and submited fresh form with necessary details and they confirm that within 8 hours your service will become active. Nothing happen for two days, when next day I visited them they said all paper we have sent to Mumbai, when I have started with loud voice the gentalman found the paper from garnbage and gave back to me. I had lodge complaint and service was started for few days, I had sent about 30/40 mail to their customer care but this is cuatomer care is for giving custmer cust only.

I would request you to take up the matter with Reliance world. since I have passed through mental tourcher.

I have also visited their corporate office at Prahladnagar 100 feet road, nothing has happen.
