Problem in activating the new connection

In the first week of Octmber 2010 I had taken GSM mobile connection, necessary photographs and Driving lience xerox copy was submited, after one day they have stop the services saying negative varification, services were stop. Again I had submited fresh form with my Vote card zerox, photographs and saame was signed in front of their customer care at Shivaranji Char rasta, Jodhpur, Ahmedabad. The customer care personal has said within next 10 minutes your services will be activated.

The same was not activated till 24 hours,

I have again visited customer care and asked about non activation of my GSM connection No: 7878737907. The care executive said that there is mismatch of signature, Now you have to fill up the form again, when insisting the person said that the form has already sent to Mumbai head office, actually nothing was sent to Mumbai, person was bluffing. When I have started souting other care executive had got up and findout the form. When I have insisted that this connection must start within no time he had tried and said server is not working, whhen I had asked show me he could not show any thing.

lastly I had demanded my form which I had submitted they have return to me and said good by.

I am really surprise and cheated by the service provider and the time I had gone under the sitituation I feel that I was tourcher.

necessaary action for such laps of service should be taken.
