Gsm-smart prepaid(MP)
Not get recharged my account through netbanking

Sir,

this is sushant pathak ..studying in indore (MP)... right now i m in lucknow... i m using gsm smart prepaid whcih is working very good in MP... in roaming (UP) also its f999... even i get charged it through Rs100... 3, 4 times but yesterday night i didnt get charged... although my netbanking account shows deducton of balance... so why gsm service acknowledgemnt is failed???
