Airtel post paid connect

I had airtel postpaid connection and when I requested them for diconnect of service they charged me 15, ooo rs for 2 days.

the customer care sucks.. they were not ready to listen to my complaint and they forwarded my details to some collection agency.

But then I reached out to nodal officer and I sent mail to nodal officer of all states saying that you service sucks.. when i requested for disconnect you charged me 15, 000 rs for 2 days that too on fake number.

They sent me the calling details and the entire bill was fake...

they showed in bill that first I made call of 23 min 23 sec and just after 2 mins I made another call.

and entire bill was like this of fake charges and fake calls made on one day.

I will never go for airtel connection..

People ..please be carefull when you have airtel postpaid connection and you ask for disconnection.
