NO REPLY FROM LAST ONE YEAR

I had send the email and no of letter to airtel Nodel Officer Mr Gurmeet but he is not willing to help me from last one year

Dear sir

As per the discussion with Vishal and after that talking to mr vinay

he had informed me that he is not well therfore i had req u uested

you for the same

As per the last discussion with we confirm that we will pay all the

charges as per the guidlines of Airetl and as finally disussed to pay

the usage charges which we are willing to pay right now so request u

to confirm the amount so that we can pay the same today

We are requesting for the same but we have not got the reply and again

our lines are disconnected and our adverstiment is pubhlished in HT

and TOI u can check the same

You can seen have no 9810084417 from last 10 year we are paying the money

so request u to open our connection and collect the payment or we will

pay the amount.

Airtel took three month to send the revised option and what us to

close the same with in few days

I hope u can help me and requested for SLA Agreement for AIRTEL and

EPBAX which is not received till now

Dear vishal

We sorry to state the we will the pay as demanded by you and kindly

confirm the price because we are lossing business due to

discontination of Line with out any information. so kindly confirm the

amount to pay under protect so that service can be started tand we are

losing business because our adverstiment PRI NO 40405050 is published

Airtel cannot stop the services when we are willing to pay the amount

under protect

As per the discussion with Vishal he want to take the decision right

now else and informed me that no action will be taken . i can send you

the voice file for the same. No Doubt he had helped us but our

chairman is not agreed as suggested by him

Now we have two options as suggested to vishal atleast 50 times but i

will repeat the same

1. COntinue the same plan and pay the amount (This is under Protect)

Which settle by the court

2. Same everthing only thing to reduce the Rental fromm 11000/- to

8000 and FCV 7000 and confirm the price we will pay the bill today

Again confiirming we have no problem in paying any amount under

protect for option 1 and pay the actual amount as per plan 2 but air

tel reslove all our pending issues

Mr Vishal kindly fwd the email to all department because u are not in

position to provide me email id of all your senior bosses

In Case we do not get the replay the airtel will pay the damages for

the business per day basis
