I had been battling for over four months with operatives from AirCel to transfer my number from the CUG of a different company to the CUG of the company I am currently working with. Despite innumerable deals with an operative (who seems to have quit his services with the company), and the other operatives, and the patient Customer Care personnel, no concrete steps were taken towards transfer of my number.

From the very beginning, I have been making my intentions clear. The case was open before them. The CUG is under the name of another person, and I was just a part of it. I just want transfer my number from the CUG of a different company to the CUG of the company I am currently working with. I couldn't have made the case any clearer.

For four months, I have been patient. I had submitted numerous documents and mails from my official ID (as they requested), but still you they did not not take any action. It was highly irritating and frustrating for me. The reason I stuck with them was that I did not want to keep changing my number. But customer service offered by Aircel is highly poor.

Finally, I decide to terminate this connection and get a different connection of a different service provider.

My last problem.

26 th aug I have a balance of Rs 33.I check about the balance of 27 th morning it is zoro. I am also a connect of Rs 98 internet service on 4 th aug. It is also a disconnect of 27 th morning onwards.

I make a complaint of 27 th at 11 a.m. They are assure me I have the reply of within 48 hours. But with in 35 hours I cannot have a call from aircel side. Again I make a call for After 35 hours They are asking to me my name and number. They are answer to me his system is fail. He request to me I call for after some time. so people have a lot of time to make a call for the customer service provider. So I call again

29 th morning they are asking to me I visit the some our aircel branches. I visit the aircel branch in andheri W the only one persion guide for somebody. take a lot of time. I go back to my Job. Again 29 th Evening 5 “O clock I visit the Khar W branch they reply the same answer Our system is fail. I asking him I make a complaint for 27 th aug, Till now our system is fail, so what are they doing, why are they doing the business in Mumbai. They are make a waste of time in Mumbai customers. And our service provider is totally unknown persion. They approach the customer with do not have any experience. Before I try to call for our service provider they are put in call in hold for around 50 minutes. They are very irritate to our customer. Till now I cannot have any solution. I have the trouble for how to solve my problem.
