I receive messages from the number 54321 despite my earlier registration of NDNC dated 22-8 bearing the reference number sent by you vide no. S1020410879. For receiving such nonsense messages my moile numbe is charged. the mobile mumber is 9566933959. hence necessary action may be taken at the early date
