Poor service!

I had bought a blackberry 8100pearl handset from Airtel and was using the service in Hyderabad. Now I have been transferred to Kolkata, and here I need to use blackberry enterprise service provided by Hutch, however to use the same I my phone needs to be unblocked (it is originally blocked by Airtel). It has been a month that I have lodged a complaint with Airtel blackberry customer support, till now no one has bothered to call me and help resolve neither has anyone sent me the unblocking code.

Now it feels as if purchasing a blackberry handset from Airtel is a sheer waste of money and they don't even bother to respond to or take care of their valued customers.
