Getting wired messages despite donot disturb instructions

I have been getting wired promotional messages from airtel for more than 50 days. For which i've requested them repeatedly to stop any kind of promotional messages. the call center executive said that your request will be processed in 45 days, but even after completing more than 50 days, I am getting these messages even more frequently. They are so disturbing and and now started creating stress. I'm aware that TRAI Ombudsman give 45 days time to stop these messages. Please guide...
