Airtel Recharge
False advertisement by Airtel

I have taken new airtel connection (91 9970620439) on 25/05 and after reading recharge advertisement of recharge voucher of Rs. 250/- which was valid thru to 31st May which states following description:

1. Talktime of Rs. 125/-

2. Additional Talktime of Rs. 125/- for Airtel-to-Airtel communication.

But I have not received credit for Additional Talktime of Rs. 125/- for Airtel-to-Airtel communication. When I put this matter to Airtel they refuse to take the complaint and stated that:

1. They closed the scheme on 20/05. Another customer care executive stated

2. It was the scheme by dealer.

I don't know that dealers are manufacturing vouchers / recharge packages!! When I asked for senior officials contact details they have refused to give the same to me. Its not the matter of Rs. 125/- but certainly the matter of Ethics and loathing the customers.
