About free minutes

Hello,

I am Pramilarani have taken a tataindicom sim on 9th of june in Ameerpet from a retailor. He said that the sim is of Rs 500/-with 500 free minutes which i can use with in 6 months. amd the sam3 was written on the tataindicom coverbag.

I have used 240 minutes but the resty of the minutes were withdrown with out intimation within 20 days. I have called customercare severtal times one girl said you have swithched off the mob so the free minutes were withdrown. Another lady said my handset is not suitable to that offer but i have been using the same handset from the bigining when i have used the freeminutes.

csr's are plarying as if we are fools.

all the csrs should remember onething when custmor satisfies with their answer thenonly thay are eating their sweat when customer is not satisfied wityh their job it is not their sweat they eat rather the custmos's tears.
