False deduction

I am using reliance CDMA mobile of No:- 9337228255, but I am facing lots of problem daily, due to false deduction of main balance, call setup is not possible, due to this its meaningless to use this mobile.

Please resolve the problem permanently, otherwise I will not use this mobile no.
