Laptop has 6 keys problem

Laptop bearing Sl.no. 4083A1414152 Model 9200GM handed over to Ushanth A, Mangalore Branch HCL Infosystems Ltd for repair on 05/04. He took two Months for repairing hard Disk and it is returned back on 02/06 without attending Key pad problem. Again on 15-06 he took it back for repair. now today the 26th July he says it is not under warranty and it can not be repaired. So, HCL, such a big company to repair one Laptop it already took Four months and still it is not repaired. Since Four Months our work is hampered. So, kindly look in to the above subject and get it repaired at the earliest.
