Not returning mobile by service cente

Respected sir/mam,

I am Amrish Jindal residencial of meerut (u.p.). my cusin Piyush Mittal had perchased a mobile of motorola company and after few months (may be 2 monthes) he faced the problem of no display. he submitted his phone to the related authorized service center date on 28 -7 . but also after passing a month, that was not returned to him. the services says that your mob has not come from the company and you have to wait for the reply. they always say that they will call him themselve if that is come. last time (date 05- 09) when i reached there for complaining against their foult. they reply me that they can do nothing and wait for 15 days more. then after i might be able to take that. and suggested me that if am facing a lot of problem by their product then i should not purchased

that and also said me that "you can do any thing, which you want."

so, i have reached at the point to collecte my money beck in the place of mobile.

Please help me.
