Recharge problem

I tried recharging my mobile number using uti atm recharge facility. I was given a recharge pin which is not working. After having contacted airtel they say contact uti and vice versa. It has left me confusing where to complaint and for whom to complaint against. I guess my 360 bucks have gone into drain.

Airtel sucks and so does UTI...
