MONEY DEDUCTION BY AUTOMATICALLY SERVICE ACTIVATION

Hello Sir,

I am Harish Joshi I am using Airtel Prepaid mobile service. on this mobile I have not suscribed for any value added services but they activate it directly and charging me 3RS/SMS. After I complained with customer care they stop it for some days and again start after some days.what to do with AIRTEL mobile no is 9890567701.pl. help me.
