Regarding Not getting Mobile Phone even after 2 & half months of submission

Hi,

My name is Santosh & my No. is 9895406067

I had submitted my mobile phone (sony ericsson C510- Cyber shot) 2 & a half months ago, & at least 1 month prior to the warranty period for minor repairs of

- FM Radio

- Auto rotation function &

- Camera flash to the above mentioned sony service centre (Opposite Apsara Theatre, Calicut (Kerala)..

Inspite of my repeated phone calls & visits, they haven't repaired it yet & in the meanwhile my warranty period also got over. If i ask for my mobile, in whatever condition it is, they tell me to sign on a paper which states that the phone is received in a good condition...

Please help me out get my phone back in a good condition..
