Daily reduction

I am using two airtel nos. 9970 786 205 and 9970 786 225

From the stray it shows balance in minus and after following back to CC they give the amount back.

But from last 2 weeks I have tried CC but unable to talk with CC executive... and called on the hotline... that CC said some pack is on from my mobile but I naver activated any pkg. but still I told to stop that one and she said yes.

But still the balance is reducing daily for both numbers...
