No response by vodafone customer care / Nodal office

I am using vodafone services for 9099601717 and a regular payer of the bill which comes in the range of Rs. 1500 pm. suddenly last month i got a bill of Rs.8930/- where in the major charge is of using blackberry services that also for the period of 12 days 18th to 2nd of next month. I am surprised that i am having credit limit been set at Rs. 3000/- and have got no sms or email or phone from vodafone informing me of crossing the credit limit. Moverover I had written many emails to vodafonecare.guj@vodafone.com and also to the nodal office Ms. Maullika Candramouli but have not got any reply.

Moreover i am getting calls to pay the bill else the services will be barred.

In todays competition the behaviour of vodafone to deal with customer is very surprising. I have lost the peace of mind and getting worried about the bill. I hope to get some reply on this complaint.
