Regarding non activation of post paid connection

Respected Sir,

My name is Sandeep N. Khode and working in HCC ltd at Nimoobazgo Hydroelectric project saspol, leh. My prepaid mob no. was 9469519907 (Sim no.8991628049111218907). I want to carry out the same mobile no for my post paid connection, for that I had submitted the form with Rs.1000 in cash on 17.11.2009. My prepaid sim registration has been failed on 22.11.2009 but my postpaid connection has not been activated till now. I had call many times in leh exchange but every time they told me to wait for 2 days and also said that your postpaid connection will activate from Chandighar. 16 days had already been passed but my postpaid sim is not activated. I called Customer care to register my complaints but they did not registered the complaint and said you ask at leh exchange.

So I request you to please look at this matter and activate my postpaid sim as soon as possible.
