Phone de-activated

My phone is de activated for the sake of 500 rs. i have paid the bill of rs. 2000 yesterday. rest of money i have requested to pay in next bill. i have always paid my bill.if the customer is paying the bill it means u will de-activate his service.i want the reply of this mail.my facilty should be activated now.my no is 09310047676
